This traditional house has been completely refurbished, decorated in the traditional style, furnished to the highest standard for your comfort. With two bedrooms, a bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, two WC’s, lounge with TV, DVD and double Sofa Bed the house makes the perfect holiday retreat.

It also has a traditional Bulgarian ‘Summer Kitchen’ this means that with the sofa bed in the lounge the lodge can sleep a maximum of 9 people. The ‘summer kitchen’ has a separate kitchen and TV etc. and so can be self sufficient for a small party of hunters.

The gardens are secluded and rich with fruit, the new patio and B-B-Q area make the perfect setting for those long summer afternoons with a glass of Pomorie wine a book and the cares of the world a million miles away!

The location is perfect for the holiday of your dreams. Two miles from the sea and sandy beaches as far as the eye can see, bars and restaurants for a traditional seaside treat.

The house backs onto the beautiful Bulgarian countryside and has a path beside it leading down the valley to a mirandering stream, perfect for walking holidays and rural countryside retreats.

Then when you fancy a break from the tranquillity the bright lights await in the city of Bourgas with its

boutiques, large shops and restaurants. You can while away the evening in world famous Sea Garden, listening to the band in the outside theatre.

Situated 30 km south of Bourgas in the recesses of the low hilly Strandzha mountain, it bears the name of the Ropotamo river divides an area of about 20,000 ha into two equal parts. Proximity to the Black Sea provides a mild and humid climate with relatively warm winters - the average temperature rarely falling below 0o C.

The lodge has the advantage of wonderful views, and can accommodate 8 tourists in 5 bedrooms, all the beds are single. The lodge has all the usual amenities, TV, DVD, bathroom, Kitchen etc.

Red deer, fallow deer, wild boar, roe deer and the main game species. Typical for the local roe deer is the great body weight up to 350 kg and its solid dark antlers, covered with numerous juts. A record for Game Breeding Station "Ropotamo" is for a red deer trophy evaluated as 250 CIC points and having a weight of 14 kg. The fallow deer trophies reach a weight of up to 4,7 kg and the national trophies reach a weight of 212 CIC points. Among a weight approaching 250 to 300 kg tusk length from 28 to 30 cm .

Predator species include wolf, fox and jackal.

The eastern Black sea migratory highway "Via Pontica" passes over the territory of "Ropotamo". This explains the presence of various wild duck and geese and particularly woodcock, which is a favourite of many foreign tourists visiting the region during the autumn and winter months.
